Attackers read the same update notes everyone else does. Once a fix is published, the fault it repairs becomes a way in to every computer that has not installed it.

How we do it
Updates are approved, scheduled outside working hours where possible and confirmed afterward. Computers that have missed updates show up on our monitoring, so nothing sits unpatched for months because someone kept clicking “later”.
End of support
Software that no longer receives security updates cannot be made safe. We tell you what is approaching that date and plan the replacement before it becomes urgent.

Book a visit or a pickup
Call us or book online and tell us the make, the model and what is going wrong. For IT support a technician comes to your home or office. For a repair we pick the computer up from your door, fix it at our own workshop in Burbank and bring it back. We have no storefront, so there is nowhere to drop a machine off. Outside our area, you can mail it to us.
