How we handle it
Book online or call first. We send you the shipping address and packing advice with your booking; please do not ship anything before then. Once we have looked at the machine we call you with the price, and nothing is done until you agree.

We give you the shipping address when you book, so that every parcel is expected and tracked.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay to send it. We tell you the return shipping cost with the quote.
Book a visit or a pickup
Call us or book online and tell us the make, the model and what is going wrong. For IT support a technician comes to your home or office. For a repair we pick the computer up from your door, fix it at our own workshop in Burbank and bring it back. We have no storefront, so there is nowhere to drop a machine off. Outside our area, you can mail it to us.
