How we take a business on
- Assessment. We visit, list every device, account and backup, and note the risks.
- Clean-up. We fix what is urgent: missing updates, weak passwords, backups that are not running.
- Management. Monitoring goes on every device and we take over the day-to-day.
- Review. We meet regularly to go through what happened and what is worth changing.
Why it costs less than it sounds
An hour of an office not working costs more than an hour of a technician. Most outages we are called to, a full disk, an expired license, a backup that stopped months ago, are things monitoring would have caught.
How plans are priced
By the number of people and devices and how much you want us to take on. You get the monthly figure after the assessment, and it only changes if your office does. Response times are agreed in the plan.
Questions
What is the difference from ad-hoc support?
Ad-hoc is reactive: you call, we come. Managed is proactive: we keep watch and maintain.
Can we start small?
Yes. Some clients start with monitoring and backups only.
Do you replace our IT person or work with them?
Either. We take over completely, or handle the monitoring and projects your IT person has no time for.
Is there a long contract?
No. Plans run month to month.
Book a visit or a pickup
Call us or book online and tell us the make, the model and what is going wrong. For IT support a technician comes to your home or office. For a repair we pick the computer up from your door, fix it at our own workshop in Burbank and bring it back. We have no storefront, so there is nowhere to drop a machine off. Outside our area, you can mail it to us.
