Pickup and Delivery
Creative IT USA is not a store, and customers do not come to our workshop. We come to you instead: once to pick the computer up and once to bring it back working.
What is included
- Pickup from your home or office at an agreed time
- Repair at our own workshop in Burbank
- A call with the price before any work is done
- Delivery back to your door, with the computer set up if you want
- On-site visits instead, for IT support and faults that can be fixed where they are
How we handle it
We cover Burbank, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire and Ventura County. Book online or call, and we will tell you the earliest pickup time.
Questions
Can I drop my computer off?
No. We do not have a storefront and cannot receive customers. Pickup, a visit or mail-in are the three ways to reach us.
How long will you have it?
Most repairs are finished within 48 hours of pickup.
Book a visit or a pickup
Call us or book online and tell us the make, the model and what is going wrong. For IT support a technician comes to your home or office. For a repair we pick the computer up from your door, fix it at our own workshop in Burbank and bring it back. We have no storefront, so there is nowhere to drop a machine off. Outside our area, you can mail it to us.
